Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange process.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select your items and reason for return, then download and print your prepaid USPS shipping label.

  Pack It Up

  Place your eyewear securely in the original hard case or microfiber pouch and pack it into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is processed.
